Return & Refund Policy

At Kawaii Stationery Shop, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the same packaging as received
• With original tags and labels intact

For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

• Opened washi tapes and stickers
• Used pens and markers
• Personalized or custom items
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Refunds for JazzCash/EasyPaisa payments will be credited to the original account

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at hello@kawaiishop.pk within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us immediately at hello@kawaiishop.pk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

1. Contact us at hello@kawaiishop.pk with your order details
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided
5. Receive confirmation once we process your return
